I just found your new favourite drink for summer, the Elderflower Spritz! You’re welcome!
This fabulous bar we found randomly after a full day of shopping in Pitt St and surrounds happened to be on the menu and loving all things Elderflower, I managed to grab the exact recipe as I just had to recreate these at home – you’ll be loving these too.
Just four fabulous ingredients. Side note: Dan Murphy’s have a multi jigger spirit measure so if you haven’t already got one (the copper is gorgeous), check them out so you can do each measurement exactly, in style. I found the Elderflower Cordial in my local Coles so I grabbed both the regular and rose varieties to try.
- Chandon Rose NV (90ml)
- Soda (60ml)
- St Germain Elderflower liquor (20ml)
- Elderflower Cordial (10ml)
- Cucumber to garnish
- Ice
